RENTAL POLICY

 

1.       DEPOSIT – A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation however no deposit will be charged unless reservation is for large party or an extended stay.

 

2.       CANCELLATIONS - You must cancel 3 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty of 1 night room and tax. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival will be charged the entire reservation.

 

3.    CHECK-OUT POLICY - Guests not checked out by 12:00 pm are subject to an additional night's charge on their credit card.

 

4.       PRE-AUTHORIZED CREDIT HOLD

You are pre-authorizing a credit hold to be reserved on your credit card during your stay in our suites. Nothing will be charged to your credit card provided that the following provisions are met. (Note that this is separate from any incidental charges such as room service, long distance phone, etc. that The Signature may charge during your stay.)

·          No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear and no items are missing after your departure.

·          No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or services rendered during the stay.

·          All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash within the unit, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.

·          All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

·          No linens are lost or damaged.

·          NO Early check-in or late check-out.

·          The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by The Signature.

 

5.       MAID SERVICE - Check-out cleaning is included in your quoted price. You may request refresh cleaning service during your stay for an additional charge of $35 per cleaning.

 

6.     MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The total number of guests is (4) four for the one bedroom suite and (4) four for the junior suite.

 

7.       These are NON SMOKING suites.

 

8.       Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.

 

9.       We will not rent to students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

 

10.    If for any reason we are unable to keep your reservation you will receive a full refund and hold us harmless for any damages.

 

11.    FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

 

12.    WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

 

13.    We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or left behind in the Suite.
