Who is PREMIUMVEGASCONDOS.COM?

 

We are a marketing and reservations company for owners who rent their suites as vacation rentals at The Signature at MGM Grand. We have partnered with pre-screened property management companies who manage the maintenance and rental of these privately owned suites at the Signature. We are not associated with the MGM Grand in any way.

 

Are these the same Signature condos that the MGM advertises?

 

Yes, these are the exact same luxury condo hotel suites that the MGM advertises. You will experience the same amenities and level of service that you would if you made reservations through the MGM Grand.

 

How can you offer such big discounts on nightly rates?

 

Because of our reservation volume, we have been able to negotiate discounted room rates with the management companies we've partnered with allowing us to offer more attractive rates to our guests.

 

How do I check in?

 

To check in you simply give your name or confirmation number to the guard at the gated entrance of the Signature and he will direct you to the tower that you have been assigned. You then check in at the front desk of that particular tower.

 

Is maid service available?

 

Yes we offer maid service at no additional charge.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

 

We offer a full refund up to 3 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel within 3 days prior to your arrival date you will be charged 1 night room and tax as a penalty.

 

How many guests can we have in one suite?

 

The total number of guests is (4) four for the one-bedroom suites and (4) four for the junior suite.
